Whether you are using our apparel in the studio or on the field, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. RETURN BY MAIL
We are sorry it did not work out. Please visit our online returns page to print your return label. Once your package is labelled, feel free to courier back to us within 15 days of purchase. Log in to your account OR sign in as a guest by entering your order number and name. Select the item you want to return along with the reason for returning them. Include the return detail slip for each order you are returning. Attach the shipping label to the box. Cover up any previous delivery addresses or barcodes on the box.
EXCHANGE POLICY
At Elefentio, we sell products that are free from defects and original in nature to help you perform better, play better and feel better.
You can exchange your product(s) within 15 days by paying courier handling charges and re-ordering the replacement product.
We reserves right to reject your exchange if you have not placed exchange order in mentioned time period i.e. within 15 days of purchase
Items purchased during seasonal sale period having discount of 25% or above shall be considered as final sale and cannot be exchanged, refunded or claimed. However, size exchange within the same article is possible depending upon availability.
Items purchased before sale period cannot be exchanged with sale products and can only be exchanged after sale ends.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
The product being returned should be in its original state/packaging with all the tags/labels attached.
Shipment charges will be charged as per actual charged by the courier company.
REFUND
We do not offer any refunds against purchases made online from the website or instore.
PRODUCT QUALITY CLAIM
If you believe you have a product with manufacturing defect that was purchased at full price within the last 90 days, please contact us online with complete pictures of the defect and scanned copy of the invoice.
Elefentio reserves the right to determine between defective product and wear-and-tear / misuse and will accordingly process your claim.
We do not offer claim for products that were replacement of a previous defective claim.
